Below are bylaws of the Fennel Ridge Homeowner’s Association.
Any questions about these bylaws should be referred to the HOA Board of Directors.

| November 2000 | Association Dues will be billed on the first day of March each year. Members will have until the first day of April to pay their dues. Dues not paid by the due date shall be considered in arrears and will be charged a penalty of 12% per year as described in the CC&Rs. |
