One of the most difficult issues that a loose organization like a Homeowner’s Association needs to deal with is communications. Without a clear channel of communications, the membership is left to drift.
After over twenty-five years in existence, the Fennel Ridge HOA now has a web site which we will use as a community bulletin board.
HOA members are not required to have any special account to access this site. All information is in the public domain just like a notice posted on a bulletin board at the post office or local community center.
At this time the site is managed by our current HOA President, Dave Scott (lot 28). He welcomes all input from HOA Members as to the direction and content of this site.
