The Bonney Lake Library address is: 18501 90th St. E. in Bonney Lake.
Because historical turn out to our General Meetings have been low, we are confident that the seating capacity of the library meeting room (23) will be adaquate. If we exceed the capacity, we will adjourn the meeting and arrange for a larger room, probably the Sumner Library.

A proxy form will be made available for this meeting. You will find it on the Resources for Homeowners page shortly.
Please designate a proxy if you are unable to attend as we must have 51% of homeowners (26 members) for approval of the operating budget.
Capital projects require 75% of homeowners (38 members) to approve the capital projects.
Budget Proposals
You will see on the agenda that we need approval for both an operating budget, and a capital plan. Both of these items will be made available to members to review at least a week prior to the meeting. The documents will be posted here, on this site.
